I am with EE, my wife is currently with giff-gaff, her phone has two SIM slots.

EE is poor to no reception in our immediate area.

It would be helpful to fit her phone with a second SIM on EE PAYG so that there is always phone contact if required.

Can I get an EE SIM on PAYG - No package - with either her current number or a new number?

How do I do this?

Yes, order 1 from PAYG SIMs

If she wants to keep her current no. she needs to get her PAC from GG & supply it to EE when ordering. But if she does it will cancel her GG SIM. You can't have 2 SIMs on same no.
