How do i set up automatic payments

I have a pay as you go sim with a monthly pack, I want to set up card payments so it gets renewed automatically every month. I've searched on the help on the website which says to use the app to manage it.

Ive linked my number to my ee app account yet there's nowhere to navigate in the app to see it and manage it the only things I can find in the app is links to new deals or shopping g for phones ect

I've also tried calling 150 to try to speak to a human yet I cant find an option to do so.

@Vertebra : When you next Choose your Pack pay by card & it will be remembered & used to pay for future packs. You'll get 10% discount on the price.
