I'm trying to top up my wife's PAYG phone, which is on my account. I had to add a new card as the previous two were out of date. But when I came to payment I got

I've tried this several times, always this same result, no topup takes place and it doesn't remember the new card.

Are you using a foreign bank card?

Have you tried clearing cookies and cache and opening a new web browser?

No, just a uk Mastercard
