Hi, I’ve recently got a new SIM card as I closed down my old SIM card when going back home. I have bought a new SIM card with a new number and paid for my pay as you go monthly roll over pack, but it has sent the data to my old number. I’ve edited the phone number in my profile but it hasn’t synced/ activated onto my new one. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Hello @IzabellaDupre.

Was your old SIM on EE?

There would be no way to transfer your old number to the new account as you can't port EE to EE.

Could you confirm the number on your old SIM is active? if yes, you could request a replacement SIM to continue to use your services with your old number.

Did you get your PAC from PN & give it to EE, either when you ordered the SIM from EE or when you received your EE SIM?
