Pack not renewed despite having credit

My 15 everything pack did not automatically renew this morning despite having topped up £15 last night.

When I text BA or AL to 150 it tells me I have £15 credit.

When I text NOW to 150 it tells me I need to add some credit to pay for my pack.

I tried to text Pack15 to 150 and got a text back to advise I was on an old version of the pack and if I wanted to update to the better value £15 pack to reply YES which I did however it is still saying I need to top up £15 for my pack to start automatically.

I've ran out of ideas to try and fix this? This happened once before and was resolved via live chat but I can't see that option anymore?

Can you try restarting your phone and texting NOW to 150 again, does this work for you?
