I have £10 credit on my SIM which I only use for CCTV. Have been advised I need to add a subscription pack to this. How do I do this - don't wish to add any more funds until I know it works

You can't use your PAYG credit to directly buy data which is what CCTV would use.

To buy a pack with what credit you've got text PACK10 to 150.
