      <title>Replacement top up card issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went to my local EE shop to get a replacement top up card after my purse was stolen and the sales person refused to give me one unless I gave my bank card details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This seems odd to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone please confirm this is normal procedure? The sales person said it was policy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are going to have to go out to a shop with a top-up card to top-up, you might as well just go to an ATM with a debit card.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The moral is that top-up cards are redundant!&lt;/P&gt;
