Hi I topped up last night as my usual pack was to be renewed today, but it didn't renew. Texted BALANCE to 150, got the following reply: "Your current balance as of today 10:54 is £10.00. Your last top up was £10.00 on 16/11/2023 at 22:28. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to MyEE. ee.co.uk". Then texted NOW to 150, got the following reply: "You need to add some credit to pay for your Pack, please top up at ee.co.uk/EE. Your pack will then start automatically."

What should I do?

Have you tried restarting your device?

If you could try restarting and then texting BALANCE to 150 again, do you get the same message?

@atmjakaria : As your pack didn't auto renew you need to buy it yourself by texting PACK10 to 150.
