my pack is £15.00 pack, but I paid £30.(the reflection of top up was too late, so I thought it wasn't successful, so I entered it on 150 again(=total:twice.£30.).

is the difference of £15 going to be refunded or for December?

@ma- : PAYG credit is not refundable or transferable. You may use it to buy your next pack.
