Transfer Prepaid sim to postpaid

Hi evryone

I am using prepaid ee sim and now i moved to postpaid sim.. i renewed my package which every month i do.. 28 after doing on 1 june i converted to postpaid 5g option.. how i can claim my packge left back becoz just used 3 days and paid 20 pound.

Today i started as contract customer same number..

Any help?

@Acer56107777 : How did you transfer from PAYG to contract?

You should've switched from PAYG online to contract by Switch to pay monthly and save . Then your existing PAYG credit would've been carried over as credit towards your future bills. You'd keep your existing SIM & no. The plan on it is just switched to contract.

As it is PAYG credit is not refundable or transferable, except for the 1st unspent direct card payment.
