Have 20GB but have zero credit available. Why?

Why can't I move some of the 20gigs never used, on to this sim card? It provides back up internet to our router for when the wifi falls over. Thanks for your advice

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Thank you. However, the SIM card is in a router, not a phone (tho we have checked it in a phone and it's working), and when the broadband wifi falls over the 4G card is supposed to kick in. But it doesnt, so we thought that must be a problem with the 4G supply. Thanks x
