Checking my credit on 8/11/2023 says it was £10.03 with the renewal on the 9/11/2023. But i just looked at my credit and £10 has been taken, with no renewal of my pack. Where has my credit gone.

I am 100% positive that i had £10.03 credit yesterday. It has taken the credit WITHOUT renewing my pack. Something sus is going on.

It has taken £10 of your credit today to renew your £10 pack which lasts until 09/12/2023 as it should.

Oh ok, i was under the impression that it took the credit on the actual day of renewal and not the day before.

I'm never sure exactly when it renews but it's always within a day of the "until" date. It could be a few hours beforehand.
