    <description>&lt;P&gt;You should be able to phone CS to get your PAYG SIM reactivated providing it hasn't been in hibernation for more than 3 months.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried the same sim card in 2 devices and get no service. it registers that there is a sim card so I dont understand&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I messaaged support and was told they couldnt reactivate my payg sim unless you go to a store. Problem is I dont live near any and desperately need this number because it has all my verfication codes and messages.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Not looking good, hopefully I have time&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How can I do this without going to a store, I dont live near any and dont drive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It has all my verfication codes to log into everything what also makes this a little harder as I cant login to much right now&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When did you last use it for a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
