Can't connect underground wifi

I'm not able to connect London underground WIFI for a few weeks now, before was working fine, and I'm still using the same HUAWEI P30 PRO device, I'm on PAYG plan, please advise.

Yes, I topped up £10, I've been using EE PAYE for over 10 years, I know how it works, when the balance goes to £0, the underground WIFI stops connecting, but I still have £4 in credit now, so don't understand why it is not connecting.

Have you tried forgetting the WiFi network and setting this up again following the steps on our How do I use WiFi on the London Underground? Help page?

Yes, I tried many times, never works. It's been a month. I think there is problem with your network.
