Can’t call in the UK and customer services

Hello all,

I am outside of the Uk in the EU and have kept my UK number and topped up /made calls to the Uk regularly. Now if I try to call someone in the UK or EE customer services on any of the numbers found on the internet, it doesn’t seem to work at all (call closed).

Any advice please?

Have you manually tried searching for available networks in your device settings to see if you can connect and make a call?
