      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey, i'm also having the same problem. Put 15 on my SIM, tried calling, texting or anything and it's not working&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there anyway to reactivate the phone sim online or would I need to go into an EE store to do it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Leanne,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I last used it in April, I was sent a text in december saying my remaining credit would be gone (which is understandable) and that my number would be disconnected in 3 months, I tried calling 150 to reactivate but it says I have no credit for a call even though I shouldn't need credit. Despite this I put 15 pounds on to at least call in and get a new bundle but it's still not going through, even when I try to use the app or the website to set up the bundle.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any help would be appreciated,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ekeoma&lt;/P&gt;</description>
