Billing issues on iPhone.

Hi.
I am trying to buy Minecraft on my iPhone from my EE account but my phone number is not being accepted by apple saying billing account issues and to contact EE. If EE is blocking me using my credit why are they doing this and how do I get over this. It’s my credit and should be able to use it as I please. I’ve searched everywhere on my account and can’t find any settings there to change payments.

@Kevin159 are you on contract or PAYG ? If on PAYG do you have credit on your account ?

Do you have a spend cap on your account? If your a contract customer

Have you text SPEND CAP to 150 ? if your a contract customer?

What do you get back if you text BALANCE to 150 ?

You say credit on your account so that’s PAYG but you don’t say what your EE account is

Hi. I’m on pay as you go and currently have £8 credit on balance and Minecraft is £6.99.
im wondering if it’s apple that’s the problem as I had no problem buying from my credit when my number was in my Samsung phone.
