      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have an issue with my SIM card. I bought a £10 package (unlimited texts and calls, 8+12GB) and created an EE account via the link in the SMS, as well as added my phone number. However, when I tried to activate the SIM card, it didn't work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;On my account, I saw £0 instead of 10£.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Did I do something wrong? Is there a way to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You have 500 minutes, unlimited texts and 20.0GB remaining until 26/11/2023 for your £10 Pack. Your remaining data includes&amp;nbsp; of rolled over data. Your last top up was £5.00 on 26/10/2023 at 20:58. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to the EE app or&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I topped up my account with 5 pounds because I thought it might be the reason I couldn't make calls or send texts. An error keeps appearing during the SIM card activation. Interestingly, the internet is working just fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You do have a pack &amp;amp; therefore should be able to make calls &amp;amp; texts and use data.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What do you mean by "&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;SIM card activation"? What exactly are you doing to achieve that? The SIM should be activated as soon as you use it in any way.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
