Hello, i have put a new EE sim card and topped up wit 15£. i keep texting pack15 from yesterday 14pm - its still not activating. HELP!!

If the texts system is not working to activate the pack then next best option would be to ring 150 and activate it that way. Thankyou

there is no text at all.
