Hi I paid £15 and bought a pack when ordering my new sim but when I’ve just put it in it only credited £10, so I have to wait for mu old number to transfer to get my £15 pack

Says balance is £10 but I spent £15 to get the sim so I assumed that would be credited

Does it say if you have an active pack, @Pippa1990? Where did you purchase it from?

It said I couldn’t have the £15 active pack because I didn’t have enough topped up credit, but when I ordered it from the EE website I assumed paying the £15 would automatically give me the pack I chose

If you paid £15, you should have £15 credit, or the £0 and the £15 pack, @Pippa1990

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check it all for you.
