Closing adjustment

Hi,

EE deducted £9 from my account in the name of Closing adjustment.

What is meaning of closing adjustment?

After that my sim is roaming but unable to receive texts.

Please guide/help to solve this.

Is it a pay as you go account?

Was the payment debited from your EE account credit?

yes sir its a pay as you go and cut from my ee credit.

I am not sure why the charge is showing as closing adjustment.

Before the amount was deducted could you use your SIM abroad OK?
