    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for replying!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried a few times to buy a new Pack and Add-on with my EE balance and my card as well but I'm still getting this error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"What happened?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later."&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called few numbers starting with 084 or 087 (chargeable numbers) but no success.. I can easily buy a new SIM card from another company but I will lost few services I've subscribed already and its a bit of a pain.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I might have to give them a call tomorrow and try to reinstate my account.. as soon as I get the answer I will come back with the solution.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for helping!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I think I got account locked because I can't send messages and make calls.. every time I send SMS I get this error 10.I tried to change my network manually but didn't work. I top up credits today on my account but can't buy add-on or make a new plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It might be because I had to travel recently and didn't use my account for a while, but I need it back because I'm locked from the majority of my services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When did you last use it for a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
