I see you say "Pack5" not "Pack05". Is that a 7-day pack? If so, Data Rollover doesn't apply to those.

Hi. My Pack15 was expiring 7 Oct with over 20GB of unused data so the morning of the 7th I purchased a Pack5 (as I only needed the EE sim for another 3 days before returning to Canada, where I live). Today I received a text message from EE saying I'd used 80% of my data, & only have 45 MB remaining until 7/11. What happened to the 20+GB of data that should have been rolled over? I need to use Google Maps tomorrow for one last road trip & don't want it to stop working because I've run out of data an hour into it. In 'My EE' it only shows 45MB remaining of a 250MB allowance...

Well that's a pity as both packs indicate they have data rollover, & the customer service representative I spoke with on the phone before purchasing the Pack5 told me my leftover data from the Pack15 would rollover to the Pack5 😟.

It's a 30 day pack. 'My EE' account page shows the remaining 45MB expiring 07/11.

I spoke with another customer service representative yesterday morning (amazingly was connected in seconds instead of the normal 15-20 minute wait) who added the 20GB to my account. No explanation as to why it hadn't been rolled over, but whatever...
