Not having a pack for some time

Hello,

I have an EE sim card that I ordered a couple of years back. At the moment I am living outside of the UK and I am not using my UK phone number.

However, I have plans on returning to the UK (in a year or two) and I would like to keep my phone number. I canceled my pack today so that it does not charge me money every month even though I am not using the phone number atm. I would like to know how long can I keep a SIM card with no pack purchased for?

@pvakaris : Within every 179 days you need to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
