I am travelling to EU countries for 12 days tomorrow.I have a credit of £3.5 in my pay as you go subscription pack(£10) which is due to renew on 2 Oct 23 automatically. I want to use roaming data at £2.5 per day on my travelling days. What actions should I take now?

I am going to visit EU countries for 12 days tomorrow and wish to use roaming services at £2.5/day or £10/week on my travelling days. I am a Pay As You Go user. There is £3.5 credit in my £10 PAYG subscription pack which is due to renew on 2 Oct 23. What should I do now? My understanding is I have to top up my subscription balance to at least £10 and my monthly pack will automatically be renewed on 2 October 23. Am I correct?

@YFTang : Yes, plus the cost of the roaming add-on you want to buy.

Hello @YFTang.

Welcome to the community.

You have the option between two passes to be able to use your subscription pack.

First option is to pay £2.50 per day and the second option is to pay £10 for 7 days.

To activate these you must have the available credit on your pay as you go account to be able to purchase the Roaming Pass.

Once you arrive you will receive a welcome text asking if you wish to purchase a pass, you then will need to follow the instructions to activate this.
