I just bought a new SIM card from supermarket. When I want to link the SIM to my EE account in order to top up the balance, I receive the following message:

How can I solve this problem?

@wmlaw : Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

Once you have topped up following @XRaySpeX advice, can you try and register for the My EE account again and let us know if this works for you?
