Hi,

I have come from India. I purchased SIM from ASDA Store 6 days ago.

I am not able to get the subscription pack using my card.

@rmvet95 : A pack will be useless to you in India. They are only valid in UK & EU. To use outside them you need PAYG credit to pay for calls & texts & roaming data add-ons.

How much did you pay for it? Have you topped it up since?

I am in the UK . My question is I am unable to purchase the prescription packon EE app on my device using my Indian card.

@rmvet95 - Try dialling 150 and follow the top up options.

https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/manage-use/pay-as-you-go/top-up-my-phone - the help page says you can use International payment cards.

The only way to top up by non-UK bank cards is by calling CS.
