PAYG Data SIM not working in France

Hello

just arrived in France and my Data SIM will not connect. Checked roaming is on etc etc but still no joy. What am I missing?

I suspect not!

I think I might have to give up because I don’t know the mobile number of the SIM and I cannot text myself because there is no connection. A viscous circle!!

Hi @Quattrosailor,

Did you use any of your data allowance in the UK to activate the SIM?

If you didn't, you won't be able to activate it when roaming.

can now access add-on for some reason!

You should be able to connect once you've purchased a roaming add-on.

@Quattrosailor : You can't buy the PAYG roaming add-ons if you don't have a pack & data SIMs don't have a pack.

If you have an active Subscription Pack we’ll send you a text to opt in to either of our roaming add-ons when you arrive at your destination:

@Quattrosailor - I've just double checked the terms and conditions of our pre-pay data SIMs and they're for UK use only.
