    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a PAYG sim online recently, but am wondering how it is normally delivered. The website says 2nd class royal mail service, but it hasn’t arrived after 5 business days. There also does not seem to be any helpline available or tracking service. Please could anyone advise?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, is it possible to return the PAYG sim in store or online if I decide to not go ahead with it anymore? If the package is not activated, will I get a full refund?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
