      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased an EE SIM pack yesterday, and it seems like I made a bad decision.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First, I attempted to link my number to the My EE app, but kept receiving an error message that said, "We're having trouble linking your products." I tried using both the web browser and the phone app, and the issue persisted on both platforms.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to information I found on a forum, one can manually top up by calling "150" to activate the service. I had bought a £15 pack, and after loading £15, the internet, calling, and texting services worked—until today. Suddenly, my internet and calling services stopped working. When I tried calling 150, the system informed me that I didn't have enough balance to make the call and suggested that I top up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I texted BALANCE or AL to 150, and this was the response I received:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;FONT color="#999999"&gt;Your current balance as of today 19:14 is £0.00. You have unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 49.0GB remaining until 15/10/2023 for your £15 Pack. Your remaining data includes&amp;nbsp;of rolled over data. Your last top up was £15.00 on 14/09/2023 at 23:28.
