Hi there, as the new Iphone 15 has come out, I want to upgrade from a pay as you go sim to a monthly contract. I was just wondering if I preordered the phone online, what is the easiest way to transfer my number over to the new phone ? Does anyone know? Thanks.

Just call CS & ask to move your PAYG no. to your new contract.

Hiya, thanks for the swift reply. Not to sound stupid but I assume I do this after I have bought the phone and set it up ? I’m not too sure about all this sorry.
