So annoying that EE don't tell you that you need to stop packs first anywhere, even the EE auto responses indicate it's gone through fine - leaving you to use all your credit before realising you don't have a pack in place. So thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You don't necessarily have to stop your current pack 1st. What you must do is buy your future pack before your current pack expires. It is then held pending until&amp;nbsp;your current pack expires.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
