Connected SIM roam abroad add on

I bought a 50gb data packaged for my connected SIM. I didn't realise that this no longer included roaming until I arrived in France. Now I am trying to buy the add on and keep going round in circles on the EE website or my EE app as it does not present an option for me to buy. I paused my subscription once I realised data wouldn't work in Europe. Any idea why I cannot now purchase the roam abroad add-on?

@Slaughk2 : Pre-paid data SIMs & the devices they're in are for UK use only.

Anyway the Roam Abroad Pass is only for contracts, not PAYG.
