Closing Adjustment

Hi,

EE deducted £5 from my account in the name of Closing adjustment.

What is meaning of closing adjustment?

After that my sim is roaming but unable to receive texts.

Please guide/help to solve this.

Did you top up the account on the same day?

If you log into your My EE account, does the £5 show?

The closing adjusment happen on 18 august and i top up £5 on 1 sep.
Not on same day.

I would suggest getting in touch with our pay as you go care team and they will get this looked into for you.
