      <title>Moving to pay monthly plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am EE PAYG customer and trying to go on pay monthly plan. When I try online to get a plan for existing customers and click "log in for details" I get a message that unfortunately Icannot log in and sends me back to the deals page. Otherwise I am able to log into my account and check my mobile services.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I call CS to see what the issue is and if can get one plan over the phone but they offered me different plan which was not as good as the one online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you just want to get a contract plan aside from your PAYG w/out using the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://shop.ee.co.uk/pay-as-you-go-to-pay-monthly" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer" data-focus-type="mouse" data-di-id="di-id-6f7fc765-b661294e"&gt;Switch to pay monthly and save&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;facility&lt;/SPAN&gt; , as you don't already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE logout of (or don't login to) your MyEE before going to the EE Shop to buy an EE mobile phone or SIM contract. It expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're asked whether you are an existing cust. answer No, cuz it asking about an existing contract cust.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can then later ask CS to move your PAYG no. to your new contract.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ooo, I see now, when they say existing customer they mean existing pay monthly costumer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In that case as PAYG customer am I eligible for those 20%/£4 off if I go for monthly payment&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Exactly! EE is rather loose when it says "&lt;SPAN&gt;existing customer" it always means "existing contract customer". It does not count PAYG users as&amp;nbsp;existing customers!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you can make&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://shop.ee.co.uk/pay-as-you-go-to-pay-monthly" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer" data-focus-type="mouse" data-di-id="di-id-6f7fc765-b661294e"&gt;Switch to pay monthly and save&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;facility to work then you are eligible for the&amp;nbsp;20%/£4 off as well as using your PAYG credit towards your future contract bills.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, when I go on to my EE app and click shop, it says I can simply transition from Pay as you Go to a monthly contract by texting 'SWITCH' to 150 but It doesn't give me a code. Is there anything I'm doing wrong? I want to do it the way it says on the app, I don't want to be calling Customer Service after I have switched over as that makes me anxious as I have had alot of troubles with my phone. Please let me know why it isn't working. Thankyou.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
