I’m Going back to my country and is not coming back to the UK, how can I stop the automatic pay each month

How can I know whether I am contract or PAYG, all I know is that every month it will automatically renew the pack using my debit card

@Fanny18 : Having a pack & topping-up every 30 days is PAYG.

Text STOP REC to 150 to stop any direct card payment. For good measure also text STOP PACK to 150 to prevent the pack renewing.

OK, just the STOP PACK should do it as there'll be nowt to buy. Answer YES to it.

Hi yes I did also texted STOP REC to 150 and neither of them worked. Am waiting for someone from online help to connect with me as can't get through by phone to 150

I just had an online conversation with someone from EE and somehow he cancelled the automatic renewal. Have a text confirmation of this so fingers crossed next month EE won't take any more of my credit
