I forgot to cancel my pay as you go pack and it just charged me for it, is it possible for me to get a refund because I don't really want to pay for my pack this month

PAYG credit is not refundable. Text STOP PACK to 150 to stop it reoccurring.

Hello Christopher_G so I bought a £15 pack on a accident and is it possible to get my money back please and even if I try to use the pack that I bought it doesn’t work

Pay as you go packs are non-refundable.

Please give our customer care team a call on 150 and explain what has happened and they will be able to look into this for you.
