Hi,

My partner has £10 credit on his PAYG account which he wants to transfer to my number also a PAYG . Is this something that can be done? Both numbers are in my name

Sorry, pay as you go credit is not transferable to another number.

I am trying to transfer the credit from old sim card to new sim card with the same number

@haylesgarfield : If you've got a replacement SIM with the same no. then it will have the same plan & credit on it already.
