Topped up via mobiletopup.uk and received an EE voucher for 50gbp. How do I top this up? I am in Germany at the moment but got my EE sim in the UK. Will my location matter?

@Eldeger : Yes, you need to text VO {space} Voucher no. to 150 from the SIM itself.

If you have access to your sim then as @XRaySpeX has stated, you can send a text (following the instructions in his message) and recharge your line.

If you don't have access to your EE sim then you can ask someone else who is on EE to recharge it for you.

According to the site, they need to send a text to 150 (same process as above) but after typing the voucher number, leave a space then type in YOUR mobile phone number.

Trying to do the same thing. That link takes you to the Billing and Payments Help page which contains absolutely no information on top ups.

I chose an EE sim for my MiFi because the signal is good, however the App and the website are absolutely useless. If I cannot top up my sim to get some more data I will be stopping it and sending it the same way as its Smarty predecessor.. To the bin.

@Adwal74 : Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

Welcome to the community.

You can top up by logging in to your EE account online.

Alternatively, there is also the Fast Top route.
