Hello, I didnt mean to subscribe for the next pack as Im travelling now and outside UK. Sorry I just forgot to cancel the subscription pack. Would appreciate if. you can refund it as I will be not using the data pack. Thank you

If you subscribed to ongoing packs then it is your responsibility to maintain the continuation and control of the packs, surely you can't expect a Mobile Network to refund you because you forgot to control your ongoing commitments.

PAYG credit is not refundable or transferable, except for the 1st unspent direct card payment.
