I did receive a message on arrival in Greece. Went on to my EE app account and saw the more expensive package of £20 ,3G , 30 days for use in EU……. Very misleading. Then had to buy another add on to get connected😡. Didn’t need the extra data , have plenty.

Tracey

I have a subscription package and today bought a £ 20 data bundle (3G for 30 days) for use while in Greece(EU) Doesn’t work🤦🏼‍♀️. Now have total of 20 G of data and still can’t use while roaming . Can I get this add on reversed?

Did you receive a msg upon arrival telling you about the charges for roaming in EU on PAYG? Did you buy 1 of the "Roam Like Home" add-ons to be able to use your UK pack allowances there?
