New pay & go sim

Hello,

I purchased a pay as you go sim on the EE Website, it arrived and all set up, however the £20 subscription pack hasn’t been applied?
I activated the sim yesterday so will this be applied soon? I did try and call and I was expecting a call back from the technical team but nothing 😬

this is what it says.. but when I purchased I paid £20 for the 50GB DATA and unlimited calls/texts?

You have no pack. You paid £20 at the time you ordered & have you since topped-up with £10 of which you spent £1.20 on something else?

I haven’t topped up since purchasing. It says I have no data.

You might have made some chargeable calls or texts.

It says you topped up with only £10, not £20.
