Are you both on PAYG? You can't mix contract with PAYG.

hi we both pay a 10pound subscription once a month, i just want to pay for

In your online MyEE under Menu > A/c Settings > Add an A/c.

I just went to 'Manage numbers' - bottom of the page under 'Manage Device Settings'.

Then select 'Add another number'

Link EE mobile - add number and EE will send a verification code

@Soi786 : MyEE was recently changed since then. Now it's under:

Home > Plans & Subs > Manage Numbers ... then Add or Remove.
