overpaid

Hi,

i ran out of credit so i topped up £10.00 online on the 25th june 2023. the balance still said 0.00 so i topped up again on the same day.

account still showed 0.00.

i waited until the following day (26.06.2023 and the account showed as credit of £10.00

however there are 2 payments taken from my account for £10.00.

please can i have a refund or can someone advise

Unfortunately, you cannot receive a refund for your PAYG balance.
