Additional payer authentication required to complete your payment.

I am getting a blank white space underneath the ‘Additional payer authentication required to complete your payment.’ when I try to top up. It’s been like it for days can anyone help, thanks.

Hi @VBT1993,

Have you tried clearing cache/cookies? That space should show the 3D Secure frame which verifies your payment with your bank.

If so, try another browser or on another device.

There are other ways to top up if you need to.

Are you trying to top up a pay as you go SIM, or pay a pay monthly phone bill?

True. Terrible experience. I can't justify staying with EE. It's the worst website and app of all the companies I have accounts with.

My mobile pack subscription failed to renew due to credit card expiring. I'm travelling tomorrow so need data. It's impossible to add a new payment card: the 3D Secure frame just doesn't appear. I seem to remember this isn't the first it's happened.

@jaywilz : Text STOP PACK to 150 to stop your pack & card payment. Next time you buy a pack it will ask you for your new card details.
