PAYG v. 1 Month Rolling Plans

Hello,

I am moving to the UK in about a month and am wanting to purchase from EE. I am unable to find PAYG listings on the website but I am able to find a selection for 30-day rolling plans. Are these the same thing? Also are credit checks required for the 30-day rolling plans? Lastly, I travel globally several times per year so would I be able to add the global roaming for 15 pounds?

For PAYG SIM plans see Best Pay As You Go SIM
With PAYG you can stop it at any time & even restart later. With SIM-Only 30-day rolling contract plans you need to always give 30-days notice. In reality there is not much between them in this respect as the PAYG packs you may optionally buy with your money all last 30 days. However with PAYG you may choose never to buy packs but instead just make calls & texts, but not data, paid for from your topped-up credit (True traditional PAYG).
I'm not sure but I think no credit check is needed for 30-day rolling contract plans.
On contract you may buy & stop the £15 Roam Abroad Pass at any time. You will be charged per billing month.

Great! Thank you for your help. When I went online to look at purchasing a 30-day sim only rolling plan, I noticed it still had a credit check option at checkout. Also, if provided the option for the 15 GBP (sorry I don't know how to get the pound symbol on a US keyboard) add on for the 30-day rolling plans. I just wanted to make sure I was understanding correctly.
