If you opt to text neither or<U><STRONG> you don't have an active pack</STRONG></U>, you will be paying standard rates for calls &amp; texts &amp; need to buy a small add-on for data.</P> <P>Normally PAYG users receive a msg <STRONG>upon arrival</STRONG> in an EU country telling them about these charges for roaming in EU on PAYG. However as you seem to be permanently there perhaps EE does not sense that you are in EU.
