How do l go about purchasing a EU Data Roaming Add-On. I don't know the process and would appreciate a guide on how to do this for time when l go into the EU.

You should receive a msg upon arrival telling you about the charges for roaming in EU on PAYG. I'll tell you that for PAYG there are now roaming charges for using your pack allowances in the EU of either £2.50 / day, by texting ROAMEU1D to 150, or £10 / week, by texting ROAMEU7D to 150, to be taken only from your PAYG credit, not your recurring card payment. If you opt to text neither you will be paying standard rates for calls & texts.

The first several times I used this it worked well. Are there a set number of times you use this? I have paid for a week, my phone says 4G but I don’t get anything until I am connected to wifi where I am staying.

Just bought a date roaming pack for the EU. When the order came through it said it was only for the UK. Have I just lost my money

Hi @zippyzion7.

You can activate roaming by texting ROAMING to 150.

If you wish to purchase the roaming pass to use your phone like your home then this is either a daily charge of £2.29 or £15 per billing month.

If you choose the £15 per billing month you will also need to text ROAMING PASS to 150, please do not forget to remove this when you return by texting STOP ROAMING PASS to 150.
