topic I have a £10 talk pack for which I pay monthly. Does this mean free roaming? in Pay as you go

The EE website is confusing. It says long term monthly users still get free roaming. I am a long term customer with a £10 talk pack for which I pay monthly but when I look at my account details it says I am a Pay As You Go customer? I am totally confused!
