I have a £10 talk pack for which I pay monthly. Does this mean free roaming?

The EE website is confusing. It says long term monthly users still get free roaming. I am a long term customer with a £10 talk pack for which I pay monthly but when I look at my account details it says I am a Pay As You Go customer? I am totally confused!

If you have a Pay As You Go phone, you’ll now be charged to use your minutes, texts and data allowances in our EE Europe zone.
