      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not all pay as you go customers are on 25mbps speed. Anyone who was a pay as you go customer before this started was kept on max speed. My daughter been pay as you go with EE for 3 years and her speed are in the range of 70-120 mbps speed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Actually the maximum Speed of 3G H+ is 42Mbs, but as I said in my previous Post you will struggle to get anywhere close to Your quoted 25mbs Speed on 3G using any 3GPP Technology in the real World.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
